From the beginning of the company's establishment to the present, our company has been implementing a very strict production inspection system. We usually have three inspection processes in total to ensure that the product quality is qualified and approved for shipment.
The first inspection comes right after we got the raw material, (normally our production department will purchase the material soon after our sales department confirm the order, and it'll take 510days till we received the material.). The first inspection is mainly for raw materials. QC will check whether the color, gram weight, textures and quantity of the raw materials meet the order requirements. If there is any problem, the raw material supplier will be notified in time for re-production.

The third inspection is always come after the mass production (and before the loading). Our QC department will do the final inspection for the product's style, quality, quantity, function and packing. We will ensure that all details comply with customer requirements and ensure that the product quality is qualified before arranging shipments.
